MyVR is on a mission to deliver the most powerful and user-friendly management and distribution software for operators of short-term rentals. Integration Support Engineers play a key role in empowering customers and relaying key learnings back into the product so MyVR becomes even more powerful and user-friendly. Each day you get to interact with our incredible customers and awesome partners all over the world via email, chat and phone. There are times when you won’t know the answer so we’re looking for folks who are always up for a challenge and won’t stop until a solution is found.Responsibilities
Reduce number of support tickets reaching development team by 95% over the next 3 months, by troubleshooting technical and application configuration questions.
Write code to reduce the backlog by 5% month over month over the next 6 months by identifying and fixing production bugs.
Become an expert in all areas of the MyVR product over the next 3 months, with a focus on systems that integrate with channel partners like Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO.
Build automations to minimize time to value for new property managers, reducing integration onboarding & training process to under 30 days for 99% of client launches, within the first 6 months.
Reduce number of API related support tickets opened by 80% within 6 months, by documenting, maintaining and improving our APIs.
Reduce number of support tickets opened by 20% by contributing to our growing knowledge base, making it easier for customers, partners and internal team members to find information about our product.
Educate, onboard, and support 3rd party application developers building on the MyVR platform.
Advocate for our customers and partners, clearly communicating feedback into the organization (voice of the customer/partner).
Assist the Customer Success Team with technical issues and escalated support tickets, acting as the bridge between support and engineering.
Experience & Skills
Strong empathy for customers AND able to build technical solutions
Technical support of an application
Ability to write code and/or experience building internal tools

Can evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer needs
Incredible conflict resolution, problem solving and communication skills
Experience working with or on engineering teams
